- Description
- We decided to follow Memory clinic patients to determine whether antibody-positive patients differed from antibody-negative patients at baseline and at 6 and 12months with respect to demographic features, education, Apo E genotype, residence, instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), and four cognitive screening tests: Mini-Mental State (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)(Nasreddine et al., 2005), Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB) (Dubois et al., 2000), Addenbrooke Cognitive Assessment (ACE-R) (Dudas et al., 2005), and IADL (Nouri and Lincoln, 1987).
